Coconut Oil as a natural makeup remover

One day we’re going to compile a complete list of the 101 uses for coconut oil, but for now, we’re just going to give you tips that are a little left of centre. Today we’re going to let you know about using this superfood as a natural makeup remover.

Dab a little on a cotton ball and rub it over your face & eyes. Rinse with tepid water. For those looking to remove mineral makeup the most natural way possible, give this a try. If you’re having a little trouble getting it to remove anything stubborn, try our Inika certified organic eye & makeup remover, especially formulated to remove not only mineral eye shadow, mineral mascara & organic eyeliner but also removes mineral foundation, organic lipstick and more.

We found the coconut oil was great for the face, but preferred to use the specialised Inika Cosmetics makeup remover for the delicate eye area. For those with delicate skin, and especially if you break out in pimples easily, the coconut oil may be a little too oily for you. We suggest doing a patch test before cleansing your whole face with this.
